Thank you for choosing our services. These Terms of Use govern the use of the website, service and features offered by EW Travels. By booking a service through our website, you´re deemed to have agreed to our terms of use. Please read the following terms to ensure you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred service.

  1. Pricing

Our policy offers you the best pricing in the market, with the convenience of making online reservations. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on a per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly any unforeseen circumstance, including increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

  1. Methods of Payment

We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card details to complete such transactions.        

  1. Confirmation of Payment

Once the payment has been confirmed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail a printed copy can be produced as an evidence of payment.

  1. Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation

  • Each product/service/ Tour Activity/ Hotel has its own cancellation policies. Ensure you’ve read and understood such policies before proceeding with your booking.
  • Tourist Visa fees are Non Refundable once payment has been made at EW Travels website.
  • Refunds are not provided for any major events such as floods, earthquake and the likes.

No Show

No show for tours and activities are nonrefundable both in part and full payments. This also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services.

Confirmed tours and other travel related services cannot be rescheduled, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.

Cancellation Procedures

Prior to making any cancellation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation policy that applies to the particular service, tour or activity. For cancellation of any part or all your reservations, ensure that send a cancellation email/notification to EW Travels in writing. Upon receiving your request, we´ll inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of such cancellation as well as any fee (s) that apply.

EW Travels cannot be held liable for any cancellation (s) not received from you or not confirmed by us.

 

  1. Itinerary Amendments
  • Should there be any changes in the routes and services covered in your package either based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects, we can provide suitable options of similar value subject to availability.
  • We announce any changes in itinerary, (if any) before departure. Please note that EW Travels reserves the right to implement minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without refunds.

 

  1. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy

If we are unable to your preferred hotel or accommodation option, we’ll make sure to provide you with suitable alternatives within a similar budget. EW Travels shall not be held liable for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not granted by the hotel either due to their policy or schedule.

  1. Travel Insurance

EW Travels shall not be liable for any kind of damages including accidents, illness, injuries, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. Al travels are advised to avail themselves international travel insurance preferably one that covers COVID-19. This insurance cover is available at EW Travels.

  1. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every guest from outside the UAE to ensure that he/ she carries documents relevant for a particular tour/activity including international passport or a valid ID card.

No refund will be made in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to Visit to the UAE.

Prior to your trip, inquire from your consulate current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Website Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including logo, images, tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant information, are proprietary to East & West Travels LLC. Accordingly, by accepting the terms of use of this website, you agree not to exploit this website or use its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegal use.
